The Ramrod
I thought I would get back to my roots for a change and carve myself a cowboy. I wanted to give him a stern, almost mean look, and I think he turned out alright. I chose to keep the colors dark to keep with the somber mood. I'm sure those cowboys on the spread would scatter when this old boy came around. I'm quite please with how the whole thing turned out. I love to know what you think, so leave a comment if you please.
There are many more photos in the Picture Gallery. I hope you will stop by and have a look.

Sometimes, It All Comes Together
Every now and then, a truly beautiful knife comes out of my shop. I mounted this Katana-shaped blade at a slight upward angle to add to its versatility. It comes to a perfect point and can be used as a skew knife, or as an all-purpose Katana. The handle is an amazing piece of olive with absolutely gorgeous color and grain pattern. The blade and the handle go together in a perfect combination. I almost kept this one for myself, but I thought that I would make it available for some lucky customer. There are more photos on the Knife Gallery page.
